What do you wear?

Comfortable clothes that you can move around in. We recommend wearing layers as the gym can get hot and cold however you will get warm during the class!

Where are the sessions?

All sessions are held at unit 74 BSS House, Cheney Manor Industrial Estate, SN2 2PJ. This is an industrial unit and can become cold so please wear layers!

Is there parking?

Yes, BSS house has plenty of FREE parking, and we are close to the entrance doors. We recommend using either the reception entrance or go around the back as these are flat entrances which are easier for prams. Prams and car seats are welcome at the gym and can be left in the social area.

The coaches are so friendly and encouraging, her team mates are lovely and always welcoming and the communication received is fantastic. Give it a go, it won’t disappoint!”

“Olivia loves coming to cheer. Grown so much in confidence and enjoys learning new stuff every day to show to everyone at home. Shes meet some nice friends and the coaches do a terrific job with them all.”

“My daughter adores SLCC. We have been made to feel very welcome, it’s
like one big, supportive family. An absolutely ideal outlet for the stresses and strains of teenage life. My only wish, is that I had known about the club sooner. The positive influence it’s had over my daughter’s well-being so far is phenomenal. I cannot recommend highly enough!”

“My daughter loves cheerleading and all of the coaches and team that run the club are fab and really welcoming. It’s so nice to see the girls come together and working as a team across the different age groups, they all look out for each other.
