How much does it cost?

Beginner sessions are booked on a term-by-term basis and the cost is £8 per session. You can trial one class by booking individual sessions on the link above, just select the date you would like to trial!

What do you wear?

Comfortable clothes that you can move around in. We recommend wearing layers as the gym can get hot and cold however you will get warm during the class! Jewellery must be removed and we ask that long hair is tied up in a plait or bun.

What should my child bring?

A bottle of water with a secure lid! Please don't bring valuables to the gym.

Can I stay?

No, parents cannot stay for the session. Pre-school parents may stay in the reception and watch the session on the TV for their trial session.

Is there parking?

Yes, the industrial estate has a limited amount of FREE parking, and we are close to the entrance doors.  Prams and car seats are welcome at the gym and can be left in the social area.
